The Parent Portal gives a digital version of a client’s schedule to parents / guardians and the ability to sign off on
- Confirm that the client’s bio has a valid email. The parent / guardian will receive an email with a temporary password.

The system prompts the user to enter a new password. The old password will be the password provided in the email.

Log in to the Parent Portal, the My Schedule page opens. You will be able to view confirmed sessions on the schedule by day, week or month. You are also able to see if a session has been cancelled or if there was no show.
Note: this schedule is a view only schedule and sessions may not be edited / cancelled or changed. Please contact the facility’s office staff to request any schedule changes. -
Click the icon
in the Unsigned Sessions tab to sign sessions completed by your assigned provider. Most providers have the option to have you sign on site at the end of the session. If this option is not available at the time of the session, sign off on the session in the portal.
Note: any schedule changes or any issues with the Parent Portal that the parents/ guardians have, need to be directed to your facility.
