Copy an Episode (WebABA Legacy)

Copy episodes to avoid having to create multiple authorizations. 

1. Search the client from the Clients tab. 
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the client's name. The Client Module opens.
   
   

3. Click All Existing Auth. The All Episodes/Authorizations window opens.
   
   
   

4. Click on the insurance. The Episode page opens.
   

5. Click Copy Episode.
   
   
   

6. The old auth with dates displays.
7. The new auth with dates displays.
8. On Set Date same as the new Start date.
9. Enter Auth Start / End Dates.
10. Click Save.
    
    
    
11. A message displays at the top of the page to confirm the authorization copied successfully.
