- Click on Client Tab.
- Enter in first or last name, first initial and last initial.
- Click on Search.
- Click on the Auth Icon of your client.
Click on the Primary Insurance.
Click on the Authorization Tab.
- Make sure you see the Primary Insurance listed.
- Click on Add New Authorization.
Fill out the auth information from the Secondary Insurance.
- Uncheck the Primary box.
- Click Save/Add Detail. A Green bar will appear at top to confirm information was saved.
There will be no CPT units or Activities showing, because it feeds off the Primary Insurance.
Click Back To Client
Click on All Existing Auth
Click on the Primary Insurance.
Click on the Authorization Tab.
- Primary insurance is TRUE.
- Secondary insurance is FALSE.
- Add New Auth – if you need to add a Tertiary insurance.
