Add New Client
- Click Clients tab from Navigation Bar.
- Click Add New Client button.
Biographic Section
Enter general client information.
- The Client Module page opens on the Biographic tab.
- Enter information for all required fields.
- Enter additional optional information if desired.
- Click the Save and Next button.
- Scroll down and enter Client's Home Address and mobile number.
- Click the Save Home Location button.
Treatment Location Section
This section contains all locations including the Home Location entered in the Biographic section. Users have the ability to add multiple Personal Locations for a Client. Locations will appear in the Location drop down menu when creating a Session.
- Click Treatment Location tab.
- Click Add Treatment Location button.
- Enter Treatment Location information.
- Click Save Treatment Location button.
Note: To make treatment locations available in all client profiles, enter locations from the Scheduler tab.
Guarantor Section
Enter the Client’s Guarantor information.
- Click Guarantor tab.
- Either click Address same as client button to auto fill the client's home address from the Biographic Section, or, manually enter Guarantor Address.
- Check the Use Insured For Billing box if the guarantor's information needs to be on claims.
- Click Save.
Related Files Section
In this section, upload external files for the Client. Upload limit is 5MB per file. Users have the ability to upload as many files as needed.
Examples of files uploaded are: Copy of client’s insurance card, Client intake forms, Evaluations, Doctor referrals, etc…
- Click Related Files tab.
- Click Add Document button.
- Enter in File Description.
- Click Choose File button to locate desired file.
- Click Upload button to complete file upload.
Service Coordinator Section
House additional contacts for the Client. It can be used for anyone. It is here for cosmetic purposes only.
- Click the Service Coordinator tab.
- Enter information.
- Click Save.
Others Section
- Click the Others tab.
- Enter desired information in custom fields 1-15.
- Click Save.
Note: Users have the ability to change custom field names in the Manager Module. To change the the displayed Custom Field Names, see Custom Fields setup.
