Add Billable Activities

For example(Billable), It is standard/common practice to add a sub activity for any kinds of activities that require a different CPT code (such as initial or follow-up for Assessment), or for any activity that can be billed at a different rate according to staff level (such as DBT BCBA or RBT).

1. Click the Dashboard tab.
2. Click the Go to Manager Module link.The Admin page opens. 
   
   
3. Click the Setup Sub Activities tab. The Service/Activity Sub Types page opens.
   
   
   
4. Select Billable from the Type menu. 
5. Create sub activities for Assessment, Direct Behavior Therapy, Supervision and OA (Other Activities) from the Activity menu.
   
   
   
   
6. Click the Add Sub Type for Activity.
7. Enter a description and CPT code.
   Note: It is recommended to add the CPT at the end of the description. 
8. Check settings to make the description active or hide it from the client calendar. 
9. Click Save.
   
   
   
   
10. Click the pencil icon to make edits after descriptions are saved. The Edit sub type window becomes active. From here, users have the ability manage the description.
    
    
    
    
    

Add Non Billable Activities

For Example (non Billable), Most common non billable sub activity used is under the Training and Admin.. The Subactivity used is “Team meetings” (would be a non billable activity as it would not be billed to a client’s insurance) This section is used for cosmetic purposes.

1. Click the Dashboard tab.
2. Click the Go to Manager Module link.The Admin page opens. 
   
   
3. Click the Setup Sub Activities tab. The Service/Activity Sub Types page opens.
   
   
   
4. Select Non Billable from the Type menu. 
5. Create sub activities for any of the activities listed. For example, for Training & Admin you can add RBT Training as a sub activity.
   
   
6. Click the Add Sub Type for Activity.
7. Enter a description.
8. Check settings to make the description is active or hide it from the calendar. 
9. Click Save.
   
   
10. Click the pencil icon to make edits after descriptions are saved. The Edit sub type window becomes active. From here, users have the ability manage the description.
